Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Texas to drive daily operations, coach staff, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will manage scheduling, training, and performance to meet KPIs while upholding Lids brand standards and store policies.

As a leader on duty, you will resolve customer issues, support merchandising, and ensure a welcoming, inclusive environment. The role offers growth opportunities and a collaborative team setting.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead a team and deliver sales results.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage scheduling and training.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds as part of store duties.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues, customer complaints and related tasks.
• Lead selling strategy to achieve KPIs and sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Maintain store operations, cash handling, and inventory procedures with accuracy and integrity.
• Coordinate staffing, training, and development of store personnel.
• Ensure visual merchandising and storefront presentation aligns with brand standards.
• Assist in recruiting and training staff and enforcing company policies.
