Casey’s General Stores Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead a Casey’s location with a focus on community service, team development, and operational excellence. You will drive sales, guest satisfaction, and store standards while coaching a team to perform at their best.

The role requires managing labor, budgeting, inventory, and safety compliance, with a path for career growth within a Fortune 400 company and a strong benefits package.

• Flexible schedule including some evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Execute Casey's strategic initiatives and drive sales while maintaining quality and service standards.
• Keep store stocked and clean to build strong guest relationships.
• Hire, train, develop and supervise Team Members as a coach and mentor.
• Model Casey's CARES values in daily leadership and interactions.
• Manage labor budget and staffing for regular hours and events; update schedules.
• Oversee kitchen operations to maximize productivity and profitability.
• Oversee daily bookwork, store walks, audits and inventory; protect assets.
• Partner with District Manager to develop action plans based on KPIs and P&L.
• Complete trainings and assessments, including ServSafe where applicable.
