Casey’s General Stores Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team and uphold Casey’s commitment to guest service, quality, and community pride.

You will oversee all store operations to drive sales, ensure clean, stocked teams, and model Casey’s CARES values in daily actions. Responsibilities include hiring and coaching staff, managing labor and inventory, training on food safety, and executing store initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Execute Casey's strategic initiatives, drive sales, and maintain quality and service standards in the store.
• Ensure the store is stocked and clean to build strong guest relationships.
• Hire, train, develop, and supervise team members and coach them to succeed.
• Model and coach Casey’s CARES values: Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service.
• Manage labor budget and staffing for regular, event, and high-traffic times; keep scheduling up to date.
• Oversee kitchen operations to maximize productivity and profitability.
• Oversee daily bookwork, store walk, audits, counts, and merchandise orders; manage inventory and DSD.
• Collaborate with District Manager to develop Store Action Plans addressing KPIs and P&L.
