Casey’s General Stores Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead a Casey’s store with enthusiasm and pride, delivering an outstanding guest experience and community focus.

Responsabilités

• Execute Casey's strategic initiatives, drive sales, and maintain quality and service standards within your store.
• Ensure the store is stocked and clean so we can continue to build strong relationships with our guests and communities.
• Hire, train, develop, and supervise new Team Members in the Casey's Way; coach and mentor your team.
• Model and coach Casey’s CARES values (Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service).
• Manage labor budget and staffing for regular hours and events; keep scheduling updated and communicated.
• Oversee kitchen operational activities to maximize productivity and profitability.
• Oversee daily bookwork, store walks, task lists, audits, orders; manage inventory and DSD; ensure asset protection.
• Partner with District Manager to develop Store Action Plans in response to KPIs and P&L.
• Attend trainings and ensure team members complete required trainings, including ServSafe where applicable.
