Job summary

Casey’s General Stores Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead a Casey’s team, drive guest service, and maintain store standards with enthusiasm and pride. You’ll coach and develop teammates, model Casey’s CARES values, and partner with leadership to execute strategic initiatives.

The role includes labor planning, inventory control, food preparation oversight, and daily bookwork. Starting pay range $51,100–$66,000 plus bonuses.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a retail or service environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage schedules and labor budgets.
• Commitment to guest service excellence and store standards.

Responsibilities

• Execute Casey's strategic initiatives, drive sales, and maintain quality and service standards within your store.
• Ensure the store is stocked and clean to build relationships with guests and communities.
• Hire, train, develop, and supervise new Team Members in the Casey's Way.
• Model and coach Casey’s CARES values (Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service).
• Manage labor budget and staffing for regular hours and events; maintain scheduling updates.
• Oversee kitchen operations to maximize productivity and profitability.
• Complete daily bookwork, store walk, audits, merchandise orders; manage inventory and DSD; protect assets.
• Partner with District Manager to develop Store Action Plans based on KPIs and P&L.
• Attend trainings including ServSafe where applicable.
