Responsibilities

• Execute Casey's strategic initiatives, drive sales, and maintain quality and service standards within your store.
• Hire, train, develop, and supervise new Team Members in the Casey's Way; coach and mentor your team? to help them succeed and grow.
• Manage labor budget and staffing for regular hours, as well as special events or high-traffic times; ensure scheduling updates are communicated.
• Oversee operational activities of the kitchen to maximize productivity and profitability.
• Oversee inventory, audits, and asset protection processes.
