Job summary

Casey’s is seeking a Store Manager to lead a community-focused team and operate a high-performing Casey's store. You will hire, train, and mentor Team Members, model Casey's CARES values, and drive sales while maintaining quality and guest service standards.

Strong scheduling and budgeting skills are essential for daily operations. You will also oversee kitchen activities, inventory control, and staff planning for peak times and events, ensuring safety, compliance, and asset protection.

• Ownership mindset and clear communication.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand, lift 10–50 pounds, and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Execute Casey's strategic initiatives, drive sales, and maintain quality and service standards within your store.
• Hire, train, develop, and supervise new Team Members in the Casey's Way.
• Model and coach Casey’s CARES values (Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service).
• Manage labor budget and staffing for regular hours and special events.
• Oversee operational activities of the kitchen to maximize productivity and profitability.
• Oversee and ensure completion of daily bookwork, audits, and merchandise orders; manage inventory and DSD.
• Partner with the District Manager to develop Store Action Plans in response to KPIs and P&L.
