Job summary

POP MART in Roseville, CA is seeking a Store Manager to lead all aspects of the store, drive exceptional customer experiences, and grow a high-performing team. You’ll own daily operations, merchandising, and KPI-driven performance while upholding POP MART’s brand and values.

You will recruit, coach, and develop staff, oversee schedules and inventory, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a premium retail experience for our customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience leading high-volume, customer-focused stores.
• Proven success managing sales performance, operational execution, and team development.
• Experience leading teams of 10+ employees, including coaching and developing leaders.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs and ability to use metrics to drive performance.
• Experience executing visual merchandising standards and marketing initiatives.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store's performance across sales, payroll, expenses, profitability, and operations.
• Recruit, hire, coach, and develop a high-performing store team.
• Drive customer experience with knowledgeable product recommendations and service.
