Job summary

POP MART is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Sacramento, CA to lead a high-performing team and drive a superior customer experience. You will partner with the Store Manager to execute store operations, merchandising, and sales initiatives while upholding POP MART’s brand standards.

This role requires 2+ years of retail leadership, a passion for collectibles, and the ability to coach staff in a fast-paced environment. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience required.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop retail teams.
• Strong understanding of retail operations and metrics.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Brand Associates and Sales Leads to deliver strong performance.
• Drive customer-first culture and exceptional service on the sales floor.
• Partner with Store Manager to achieve sales goals and KPIs (sales, conversion, UPT, ATV, payroll, inventory).
• Oversee daily store operations: opening/closing, cash handling, safety, compliance.
• Manage visual merchandising and inventory per POP MART standards.
• Support store events, product launches, and community engagement.
