Job summary

POP MART is seeking a Retail Store Manager for our Roseville, CA location. You will lead all aspects of the store, drive customer experience, and manage teams to achieve sales and operational goals.

As a store leader, you will own performance metrics, product launches, and visual merchandising, while promoting POP MART’s brand and events within the community. This role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak periods.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience leading high volume, customer focused retail stores.
• Proven success managing sales performance, operational execution, and team development.
• Experience leading teams of 10 or more employees, including coaching and developing leaders.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs and the ability to use business metrics to drive performance.
• Experience executing visual merchandising standards and marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall financial performance of the store, including sales, payroll, expenses, profitability, and operational execution.
• Drive KPIs such as sales, conversion, units per transaction, average transaction value, payroll productivity, inventory accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze business trends and develop action plans to achieve or exceed performance goals.
• Lead execution of product launches, limited edition releases, and promotional campaigns.
• Champion an exceptional customer experience by creating a welcoming shopping environment and providing knowledgeable product recommendations.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll, cash handling, inventory control, shipment processing, replenishment, and stockroom organization.
• Execute visual merchandising strategies, marketing campaigns, and seasonal floor sets.
• Support in store events, pop up activations, conventions, and community engagement initiatives.
