Job summary

POP MART Americas Inc. in Livermore, CA is seeking a Store Manager to lead all store operations and deliver a premium customer experience.

You will recruit and develop a high-performing team and manage sales, payroll, inventory, and visual merchandising to drive performance and brand execution. You will champion POP MART's collectibles, artists, and exclusive products while ensuring adherence to company policies and service excellence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience in high-volume stores.
• Experience leading teams of 10+ employees.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs and ability to use metrics to drive performance.
• Experience with visual merchandising standards and marketing initiatives.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, coaching and development of a high-performing store team.
• Own store sales, payroll, expenses, profitability and daily operations.
• Champion an engaging customer experience and brand ambassador for POP MART.
• Oversee scheduling, inventory control, cash handling, and loss prevention.
• Execute visual merchandising strategies and seasonal floor sets.
• Support in-store events, pop-ups, openings, and community engagement.
• Travel up to 10% for openings, meetings, or training.
