Job summary

POP MART Americas Inc. seeks a Store Manager in Livermore, CA to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and develop a high-performing team. You will own customer experience, merchandising, and inventory, while delivering POP MART’s premium brand standards.

You’ll manage KPIs, coach associates, and partner with cross-functional teams to execute launches and promotions, including facilitating a strong community presence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of retail management experience.
• Experience leading teams of 10+ employees.
• Proven ability to drive sales, operations, and customer experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Bachelor's or higher in Business/Retail Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store leadership and coaching to build a high-performing team.
• Own store P&L, drive sales, payroll, expenses, profitability, and execution.
• Analyze business trends, set action plans, and exceed performance goals.
• Lead product launches, promotions, and campaigns.
• Create an engaging, customer-first shopping environment.
• Oversee scheduling, cash handling, inventory, shipments, and replenishment.
• Execute visual merchandising and seasonal floor sets.
• Support in-store events and community engagement.
