As Manager on Duty, you will oversee all store departments, coach staff, uphold brand promises, and deliver KPI targets while controlling budget and safety programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of retail experience, including inventory management and customer service excellence.
• At least 2+ years of direct supervision of a diverse team with performance management and development.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage store operations to meet SOPs, policies and store KPI targets.
• Deliver sales and profit plan; drive customer experience and brand promises.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop Team Members; handle performance management.
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) and oversee framing department cross-training.
