Job summary

You will oversee inventory, merchandising, shrink and safety programs, and ensure compliance with SOPs. The role requires hiring, training, performance management, and developing talent for advancement, with work hours

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail experience, including knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, and customer service excellence.
• 2+ years of experience directly supervising a diverse team, including performance management and talent development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of the store, ensuring SOPs and company programs are followed.
• Deliver sales and profit KPIs in line with annual objectives and store budgets.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop team members; manage performance and succession planning.
• Oversee inventory, merchandising, shrink and safety programs, and ensure proper execution of brand promises.
• Maintain store operations across departments and act as Manager on Duty as required.
