POP MART Americas Inc. in Annapolis is seeking a Retail Sales Lead to act as Leader on Duty and drive exceptional customer experiences. You will coach associates, support daily store operations, and help bring POP MART's brand to life for every visitor.

You will manage sales performance, product recommendations, and store standards while supporting inventory, merchandising, and events. This role requires a passion for pop culture and strong leadership in a fast-paced retail setting.

Formación

• 1+ years of retail experience; previous leadership, keyholder, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading by example.
• Interest in designer toys, collectibles, art, anime, gaming, fashion, or pop culture is highly valued.
• Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate others while fostering a collaborative, inclusive team environment.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable making decisions and prioritizing tasks in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret business metrics and use data to improve store performance.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
• Basic computer and point‑of‑sale (POS) proficiency.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsabilidades

• Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer experiences and inspire a customer‑first culture.
• Coach, motivate, and support Sales Associates to achieve individual and store performance goals.
• Build meaningful relationships with customers by sharing POP MART's stories and collections.
• Promote product categories and exclusive releases through knowledgeable recommendations.
• Execute opening/closing procedures and maintain a clean, organized store environment.
• Handle transactions, returns, exchanges, and other POS activities with accuracy.
• Support inventory control, replenishment, and back‑of‑house organization.
• Assist in visual merchandising and product launches as needed.
