Job summary

POP MART in Annapolis Mall is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a high-performing retail team and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, manage daily operations, and ensure POP MART’s premium brand is reflected in all interactions.

You will coach Brand Associates, oversee inventory and merchandising, and support events and launches while maintaining high standards of service and safety. Previous retail leadership is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing retail teams.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, customer experience, and business performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Brand Associates and Sales Leads to build a high-performing team.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences on the sales floor and drive customer engagement.
• Analyze sales metrics and implement action plans to improve performance and KPIs.
• Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing, cash management, safety, and compliance.
• Support visual merchandising, planograms, stock management, and inventory accuracy.
