Job summary

Casey’s is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a community-focused team in a fast-paced Casey’s store. You will drive sales, ensure clean, well-stocked conditions, and coach Team Members in the Casey’s Way to deliver exceptional guest service.

In this role you will model CARES values, manage labor budgets, oversee kitchen operations, and collaborate with district leadership to implement action plans based on KPIs and P&L results.

• Capability to prioritize tasks and drive performance to accomplish goals.

• Ability to communicate clearly.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays to ensure leadership presence.

Responsibilities

• Execute Casey's strategic initiatives, drive sales, and maintain quality and service standards in your store.
• Ensure the store is stocked and clean to build strong relationships with guests and communities.
• Hire, train, develop, and supervise Team Members, coaching and mentoring them to growth.
• Model Casey’s CARES values: Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service.
• Manage labor budget and staffing for regular hours and events, keeping scheduling up to date.
• Oversee kitchen operations to maximize productivity and profitability.
• Oversee daily bookwork, audits, merchandise orders, and inventory; protect company assets.
• Collaborate with District Manager on Store Action Plans aligned to KPIs and P&L.
