Job summary

Casey’s is seeking an energetic Store Manager to lead a community-focused team within a Casey’s store. You will drive sales, ensure top-tier guest service, and maintain store standards while overseeing merchandising, loss prevention, and food preparation.

Qualifications

• Transferrable professional experience.
• Demonstrated ability to build, develop, and lead a team (preferred).
• Flexibility to work varied hours including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to stand/walk and lift 10–50 pounds.
• Background check may be required by state licensing or policy.

Responsibilities

• Execute Casey's strategic initiatives, drive sales, and maintain quality and service standards in the store.
• Ensure the store is stocked and clean and build strong relationships with guests and communities.
• Hire, train, develop, and supervise team members in Casey's Way; coach and mentor your team to grow.
• Model Casey’s CARES values: Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service.
• Manage labor budget and staffing for regular hours and high-traffic times; keep scheduling up to date.
• Oversee kitchen operations to maximize productivity and profitability.
• Complete daily bookwork, store walk, required counts, audits, and merchandise orders; manage inventory and DSD.
• Collaborate with District Manager on Store Action Plans to improve KPIs and P&L.
• Attend trainings including ServSafe Food Protection Manager where applicable.
