Job summary

Casey’s is seeking a Store Manager to lead a community-focused store, manage a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional guest service. You will drive sales, maintain store standards, and coach staff in Casey's Way while upholding CARES values.

You will oversee labor, inventory, and daily financials, partnering with leadership to plan actions based on KPIs and P&L. Flexibility for varied hours including evenings and holidays is required to maintain leadership presence.

• Strong customer service focus and guest relations.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations to drive sales and maintain quality standards.
• Ensure store is stocked, clean, and guest-ready to build community relationships.
• Hire, train, and supervise team members in Casey's Way and coach them to succeed.
• Model Casey’s CARES values (Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service).
• Manage labor budget and staffing for regular and high-traffic times; keep scheduling updated.
• Oversee kitchen operations for productivity and profitability; manage inventory and audits.
• Collaborate with District Manager to develop Store Action Plans based on KPIs and P&L.
• Complete trainings and assessments, including ServSafe Food Protection Manager where applicable.
