Job summary

Casey’s is seeking a Store Manager to lead a community-focused operation, overseeing all aspects of running a Casey’s store with emphasis on team leadership, guest service, merchandising, loss prevention, and food preparation.

You will hire, train, coach, and supervise Team Members, modeling Casey’s CARES values while managing labor, schedules, and daily store activities to drive performance and guest satisfaction.

• Ensure the store is stocked and clean to build relationships with guests and communities.
• Hire, train, develop, and supervise new Team Members in the Casey's Way.
