Qualifications

• Transferrable professional experience in retail or hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Execute Casey's strategic initiatives, drive sales, and maintain quality and service standards.
• Ensure the store is stocked and clean to build strong guest relationships.
• Hire, train, develop, and supervise team members as a coach and mentor.
• Model Casey’s CARES values (Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service).
• Manage labor budget and staffing for regular hours and peak times; keep scheduling current.
• Oversee kitchen operations to maximize productivity and profitability.
• Oversee daily bookwork, inventories, audits, and merchandise orders; protect assets.
• Collaborate with District Manager to develop action plans based on KPIs and P&L.
