Job summary

Casey’s is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will oversee all store operations, merchandising, and team development, while upholding Casey's standards and values to serve the community.

You will manage labor, schedules, and daily financials, coaching your team in Casey’s CARES principles and ensuring safety and quality across all store activities.

• Demonstrated ability to build, develop, and lead a team.

• Flexibility to work varied hours including evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Execute Casey's strategic initiatives and drive sales while maintaining quality and service standards.
• Ensure the store is stocked and clean to build guest relationships.
• Hire, train, develop, and supervise Team Members in Casey's Way.
• Model Casey's CARES values (Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service).
• Manage labor budget and staffing for regular hours and events; maintain scheduling updates.
• Oversee kitchen operations for productivity and profitability.
• Oversee daily bookwork, audits, inventories, and DS/asset protection processes.
