Michaels is seeking a Store Manager in Manahawkin, NJ to lead a team, deliver a superior customer experience, and meet sales and KPI targets in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will hire, train, coach, and develop staff, manage inventory and operations, and ensure brand promises are met while maintaining safety and standards. This full-time role includes evenings/weekends and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail experience including inventory management, merchandising, and customer service excellence.
• 2+ years directly supervising a diverse team, including performance management and talent development.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage all aspects of the store, ensuring SOPs and company policies are followed.
• Deliver sales and KPI results and manage staff to achieve objectives.
• Lead the execution of customer brand promises and safe, shrink-aware operations.
• Set priorities, communicate goals, and provide management to team and customers.
• Hire, train, observe, coach, and develop Team Members; manage performance and discipline as needed.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) and ensure cross-training across departments.
• Maintain store operations knowledge and cross-train in Custom Framing selling/production.
