Michaels is seeking a Store Sales Manager for the TRENTON-PRINCETON area in New Jersey. You will lead a high-performing team, guide front-end operations, and ensure execution of SOPs and brand standards while driving sales and customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, coaching, and a focus on omni-channel fulfillment, including BOPIS and delivery services. Evening and weekend hours are expected.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience leading front-end operations and customer service.
• Familiarity with SOPs and company programs.

• Assist Store Manager in leading store operations and policy execution.
• Model exceptional Customer Experience and selling behaviors to drive conversion.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain floor leadership during shifts.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout usage and customer support.
• Drive omni-channel service through BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Coach and develop team across departments and onboarding programs.
