Sleep Number Corporation is seeking a proven sales leadership professional to manage and coach a high-performing retail team. You will guide store operations, recruit, train, and develop Sleep Experts while driving sales performance and delivering a world-class customer experience.

You will optimize promotional initiatives, communicate product benefits, and lead by example in a fast-paced environment. A proactive, customer-focused leader with a track record of meeting targets is essential.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of proven sales management or team leadership experience with a track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
• Experience recruiting, training, engaging and retaining top talent.
• Adept at using technology required for store operations (e.g., POS systems) and sales presentations (e.g., interactive demonstrations, iPad).

• Lead store operations, recruiting, management, training and sales functions to drive productivity and compliance.
• Build relationships with customers and team; communicate product features, benefits and promotions.
