Job summary

Sleep Number Retail Corporation is seeking a motivated Retail Sales Manager to lead a high-performing store team. You will drive a personalized customer experience, guide clients through our Sleep Number product lineup, and coach staff to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven sales management or team leadership experience.
• Experience recruiting, training, engaging and retaining top talent.
• Able to use store ops tech (POS) and deliver product demos.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a world-class customer experience.
• Lead the sales process to identify customer sleep needs and recommend Sleep Number products.
• Build relationships with customers and the team.
• Communicate product features, benefits, promotions and store procedures.
• Provide timely customer follow-up and coaching to staff.
• Lead store operations, recruiting, management, training and sales functions.
• Drive local market awareness and store traffic.
• Aim for consistent achievement of sales goals.
