You will recruit, train, and coach staff, manage store operations, and collaborate with marketing to grow local traffic.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven sales management or team leadership experience with a track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
• Experience recruiting, training, engaging and retaining top talent.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced retail environment and work flexible evenings/weekends.
