Qualifications

• Financial management experience with payroll budgets and expenses.
• Strong focus on service excellence in consumer environments.
• Excellent communication and influential skills.
• Open to relocation for growth opportunities.
• 40 hours per week, with weekends as needed.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed sales plans and increase market penetration.
• Oversee Store P&L and EBITDA by managing payroll and operating costs.
• Oversee inventory movement to minimize costs and improve productivity.
• Develop and implement Quarterly/Annual business plans and campaigns.
