Squishable is seeking a Retail Store Manager for Barton Creek Square in Austin, TX to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and develop a cohesive team that delivers an exceptional customer experience. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in retail management, 2–5 years in customer service, and strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.

The role requires a flexible schedule; pay is $23.00–$25.00 per hour with benefits including disability, vision, dental, 18 PTO days + 2 floating

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of retail management in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• 2–5 years of customer service experience.
• Passion for people and empowering leadership.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Able to receive and provide constructive feedback.
• High emotional intelligence and team collaboration.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Leading, motivating, and developing the store team, including hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training
• Setting and executing business strategies for the store in partnership with the Regional Manager
• Opening and closing the store and cash handling
• Ensuring accurate inventory levels and restocking of merchandise
• Maintaining merchandise presentation and store cleanliness
• Maintaining enthusiasm and a fun, engaging store environment
• Supporting all POS transactions and customer inquiries
• Adhering to company policies, practices, and safety standards
