Job summary

Casper is seeking a Store Manager in Austin to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experience. You will coach a high-performing team, implement data-driven strategies, and manage budgeting, inventory, and visuals in partnership with leadership.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of people leadership in retail or hospitality, proficiency with Salesforce, and a willingness to relocate for growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of people leadership in retail or service sectors.
• Exceptional leadership capabilities with proven ability to attract, develop, and motivate top talent.
• Financial management experience including payroll budgeting and controlling expenses.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort with Salesforce; willingness to relocate.
• Willing to relocate for growth opportunities.
• Ability to lift up to 150 lbs and stand all day.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales plans and grow Casper’s market penetration.
• Oversee store P&L, payroll and operating expenses.
• Manage inventory flow to minimize carrying costs.
• Develop quarterly and annual business plans with leadership.
• Create a customer-centric environment and high performing team.
• Recruit, coach, and develop staff; conduct annual performance reviews.
• Maintain safe working conditions and store facilities.
• Collaborate with fleet and HQ to align across channels.
