Job summary

Casper is seeking an Associate Store Manager to oversee staff and daily operations, partnering with the Store Manager to deliver a superior in-store experience. You will mentor a team, coach performance, and ensure a data-driven approach to sales and customer service.

You will lead by example in a fast-paced environment, promoting brand values and delivering on sales plans while maintaining operational excellence and staff engagement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years minimum experience as a people leader in Retail, sales, customer service or hospitality industry.
• Exceptional leadership capabilities with a track record of attracting, developing, and motivating top talent, swiftly adapting to change, and leading others through fast-paced environments.
• Financial management experience with success in driving top-line sales, interpreting reporting data, managing payroll budgets, and controlling expenses.
• Deep and demonstrated understanding of service excellence in a consumer environment.
• Excellent communication skills with a knack for building consensus via influence.
• Desire to work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment and willingness to relocate for growth opportunities.
• Fluency in Salesforce preferred.
• Hours expectation: minimum of 40 hours per week including weekends, based on business needs.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff and day-to-day operations alongside the Store Manager.
• Help benchmark Casper's offline experience with a customer-centric and consultative sales culture.
• Lead by example, provide active coaching and invest in team development.
• Manage customer journey insights and contribute to data-driven decisions.
• Recruit, retain and develop a high-performing team.
• Maintain visual brand standards and safe working conditions.
• Coordinate training and back-of-house processes with store operations.
