Job summary

Wireless Vision in Renton, WA is seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead daily store operations, staff recruitment and development, and sales leadership on the sales floor. You will drive revenue while upholding company standards for service and merchandising.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of retail management experience, are flexible for evenings and weekends, and bring strong communication and problem-solving skills. Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have 2–3 years of management experience in retail or a similar customer-focused environment.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays as required by the business.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Bilingual skills preferred in certain locations.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full operation of the retail store including opening, closing, staffing, service levels, cash and inventory.
• Recruit, hire and develop top talent; lead and coach the sales team.
• Drive sales, manage P&L, and ensure visual merchandising meets T-Mobile standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service and act as a subject matter expert for customers.
• Engage with the local community through events and marketing activities.
