Job summary

Wireless Vision in Edmonds, WA is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and build a high-performing team. You will recruit, train, and coach staff while managing P&L, marketing, and loss prevention in a fast-paced retail environment.

You’ll represent the T-Mobile brand, ensure compelling merchandising, and deliver exceptional customer service. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Responsibilities

• Own and operate the retail store, including opening/closing, staffing, service levels, cash and inventory.
• Staffing adjustments to meet business needs and recruit sales staff ongoing.
• Lead on the sales floor, coaching employees and driving revenue and standards of excellence.
• Meet and exceed organizational and individual performance goals.
• Deliver high levels of customer service within company policies.
• Screen and hire outstanding talent and manage talent development.
• Oversee all retail aspects including hiring, training, marketing, loss prevention, P&L and team leadership.
• Ensure visual merchandising aligns with T-Mobile standards and motivates customers.
• Motivate, coach, develop, lead and train a winning sales team.
• Represent the brand as subject matter expert, answering questions and offering recommendations.
• Keep sales staff trained on new products/offers and participate in community events.
