My Wireless is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead and develop a high-performing team, delivering best-in-class customer experiences while driving store sales. You will supervise daily operations, hire and schedule staff, and coach for results to meet company KPIs across a busy location.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and leadership skills, with a preference for bilingual candidates.

Qualifications

• 1 year management experience in a similar field.
• 1 year retail or customer-facing sales experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual (Preferred).
• Retail or customer-facing sales experience in telecommunications (Preferred).
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Train and lead a team to deliver an extraordinary customer experience.
• Supervise daily store operations including hiring, scheduling and coaching.
• Achieve location goals by developing staff to meet KPIs.
• Maintain staffing through recruiting and development.
• Build a client base via ethical, customer-centric practices.
• Partner with AT&T Signature to establish business accounts.
• Keep store clean, safe, and merchandised per policy.
• Enforce policies and procedures and stay compliant with laws.
