Job summary

Safelite Group in Annapolis, MD is seeking a Store Manager to lead all retail store operations with a focus on quality and service. You will oversee open/close procedures, scheduling, cash handling, inventory, and loss prevention while ensuring a memorable customer experience.

You will drive team performance to meet KPIs, coaches for SafeTech certification, and collaborate with marketing for materials and promotions. Strong communication and a hands-on leadership style are essential.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years leadership/supervisory experience preferred.
• 3+ years leadership experience with an incentive-based approach.
• 3-5 years experience in retail or service center environments; automotive experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, web apps, and general office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations: open/close, staff scheduling, cash handling, inventory, and safety.
• Drive team performance to meet KPIs and company goals, ensure compliance with regulations.
• Ensure technicians are SafeTech certified and coaching ensures quality installs/repairs.
• Support vehicle/equipment maintenance and recordkeeping; coordinate materials with marketing.
• Deliver world-class customer service by addressing complaints and warranty issues.
• All other duties as assigned.
