Safelite AutoGlass is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily retail operations in a fast-paced environment. You will ensure quality service, coach staff, manage scheduling, and oversee inventory and cash handling while driving KPI performance and safety compliance.

The role emphasizes customer focus, strong leadership, and collaboration with field leaders to deliver world-class service and reliable repairs or installs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with leadership experience preferred.
• 3+ years of leadership in retail/service centers; automotive experience a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office equipment; ability to work with web apps.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing procedures.
• Manage work orders, Check-In/Check-Out processes, and staffing/scheduling.
• Provide high levels of customer service and handle inventory and cash handling.
