Responsabilidades

• Execute Casey's strategic initiatives, drive sales, and maintain quality and service standards.
• Ensure the store is stocked and clean to build guest relationships and community
• Hire, train, develop, and supervise new team members as a coach and mentor.
• Model Casey’s CARES values: Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service.
• Manage labor budget and staffing for regular hours and events; keep scheduling updated.
• Oversee kitchen operations for productivity and profitability.
• Oversee daily bookwork, inventories, audits, and merchandise orders; protect assets.
• Partner with District Manager to develop Store Action Plans based on KPIs and P&L.
• Complete required trainings and ensure team completes trainings like ServSafe where applicable.
