Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Marion Township, OH. You will oversee a single Panda Express store, hire and manage associates, and drive guest experiences while achieving financial goals.

External hires enter our General Manager development path, with 12+ weeks of leadership training. After graduation and a GM certification, promotion to GM is possible. We offer paid training and ongoing leadership development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including openings, closings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, train, and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest service standards.
• Participate in leadership development and progression toward General Manager.
