Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in New Albany, OH. You will oversee the operation of a single Panda store, hire and direct associates, and drive financial performance while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

External hires start as Store Managers on the General Manager development path, with 12+ weeks of leadership training and a clear path to GM. Panda offers meals, insurance, and career development for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and lead associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Complete leadership training pathway and prepare for advancement to General Manager.
