Job summary

Panda Express, part of Panda Restaurant Group, is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Ohio. You will oversee a single store, hire and direct associates, and drive financial performance while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will participate in a comprehensive leadership training program lasting 12+ weeks, with progression toward General Manager. The role offers a supportive Panda community, competitive pay, and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Serve Safe certification required or preferred.
• Must be flexible to move within 50 miles radius.
• Able to work openings, closings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a hot, fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store and direct employees.
• Hire, train and manage associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in leadership training programs and GM development path.
• Ensure food safety and quality standards are maintained.
