Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a nearby store within 50 miles.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store and drive guest experiences while meeting financial goals.
• Hire, train, and supervise associates and manage daily store activities to ensure smooth operation.
• Support and participate in leadership development and career progression toward GM.
