Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Westerville, OH. You will run a single store, hire and direct teammates, and drive guest satisfaction while achieving financial goals.

External hires begin as Store Managers as part of our General Manager development path. You'll undergo 12+ weeks of leadership training, complete evaluations, graduate a GM certification (GO100), and become eligible for promotion to General Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50-mile radius.
• Flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.
