• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead the store team to ensure Panda standards, quality, and customer service goals are met.
• Participate in the leadership development path and position for future advancement to General Manager.
