Job summary

Panda Express in Brunswick, OH is seeking a Store Manager to oversee the operation of a single location, hire and lead associates, and drive financial performance while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will participate in a 12+ week leadership training program, progress through Panda's development path, and pursue the GM certification so you can advance to General Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing, evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest service standards.
• Lead the store through Panda's leadership development path and prepare for future GM role.
• Complete 12+ weeks of leadership training and GM certification process (GO100).
