Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will be responsible for the operation of a single store, including hiring, directing and evaluating associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

External hires begin as Store Managers in Panda's General Manager development path, with 12+ weeks of leadership training and a progression to GM upon successful completion of evaluations and a GM certification course GO100.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexibility to move to a store within a 50-mile radius from home.
• Flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, directing and managing associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Lead the store leadership path toward General Manager by completing training and evaluations.
