Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Newark, Ohio. You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

External hires begin as Store Managers on a General Manager development path with 12+ weeks of leadership training. Upon successful graduation of a GM certification course (GO100), promotion to GM is possible.

Qualificações

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in leadership development and training with a path toward General Manager.
