Farm & Home Supply is seeking a Store Manager to lead day-to-day store operations and ensure Team Members execute our Gold Standards of operational excellence in customer service, merchandising, staffing, and labor goals.

The role requires supervising staff, hiring decisions, training, safety, inventory control, and cost management while maintaining strong customer relations and buy-in to company values.

Qualifikationen

• Must have 3–5 years of retail management experience.
• Proven leadership skills with ability to motivate, develop and train store personnel.
• Positive attitude with a passion for collaborating with Team Members.

Aufgaben

• Provide outstanding customer service through friendly, prompt, and accurate assistance.
• Supervise and coordinate all store staff, identifying opportunities to improve performance and efficiency.
• Oversee hiring, promotions, transfers, and disciplinary actions while coaching staff to meet standards.
• Train and coach new hires and existing team members to uphold the Gold Standard.
• Oversee safety and loss prevention programs to protect assets.
• Analyze financial impacts, manage inventory, and minimize shrink.
• Execute core store functions including emails, registers, bookkeeping, pricing, ad setup, merchandising, and in-store pickup.
• Monitor staffing and labor budgets, adjust schedules to optimize costs and service.
