Fleet Farm is seeking a Convenience Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive team performance, and deliver exceptional customer experiences at our convenience and fuel store. You will oversee a dynamic team, manage inventory and merchandising, drive profitability, and uphold safety and regulatory standards.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, coaching, and creating a customer-first culture while partnering with HR on staffing and development initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent is preferred.
• At least 1 year of retail management experience, preferably in convenience or fuel.
• Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Comfortable handling cash, fuel sales, and promotions; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, schedule, and coach a team of 8–10 associates.
• Foster accountability, performance, and continuous learning.
• Partner with HR on hiring and development initiatives.
• Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and visual appeal at all times.
• Maintain accurate inventory, monitor shrink and backroom activities.
• Oversee deposits, reconciliations, wage/expense controls, and in-store promotions.
