Responsibilities

• Oversees daily store activities: sales, accounts receivable, warehouse, delivery, and office.
• Directs sales, inventory, cash reconciliation, and daily transaction records.
• Trains staff in customer experience, selling, and merchandising using Farmers Academy.
• Ensures pricing, tagging, and inventory levels meet company standards.
