Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Minimum of 3–5 years retail or leadership experience.
• FOID card if Illinois resident (per requirements).
• Strong customer service and organizational abilities.
• Positive attitude and teamwork-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service through friendly, prompt, and accurate assistance.
• Supervise and coordinate all store staff, identifying opportunities to improve performance and operational efficiency.
• Oversee personnel actions including hiring, promotions, transfers, terminations, and coaching to meet store standards.
• Assist in planning, directing and coordinating safety and loss prevention programs.
• Support inventory management and implement shrink-reduction strategies to protect company assets.
• Carry out core store functions: email, registers, bookkeeping, merchandising, and store operations.
• Collaborate with management to identify strategies that improve profitability and efficiency.
• Prepare and submit management reports and Team Members work schedules.
